We are looking for experienced Team Leader – Software Development to join our talented, well-established, client-centric IT team. The position will be part of our Enterprise Applications function within IS. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading a delivery team within the IS software development group to deliver quality products and solutions for GHD
• Support, operate and constantly improve the products and solutions that the team is responsible for
• Work with key stakeholders to design and implement new, or update existing products and solutions
• Ensure that architectural and solution documentation is maintained for team products
• Contribute to Application Development team business plans – including proposals for major project releases
• Schedule hotfixes and minor releases as required, in between committed major releases and projects

Required experience:

• Tertiary degree in IT or an appropriate industry certification
• Experience designing and building software solutions
• Advanced knowledge of .Net/C#
• Worked in large, global and complex IT environments
• Strong leadership skills including remote and cross-cultural leadership
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, an open communicator

Office location: Makati, Quezon City, Cebu Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
