DESIGNATION : Team Leader (Visual Merchandising)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute and monitor seasonal / ad hoc programs during festive / promotional seasons
• Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market
• Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to organize the order, shipment and collection of props and accessories
• Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements
• Finalising designs and creating visual displays for display areas
• Oversee the installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays
• Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations
• Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary
• Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy
• Using applied skills in visual design and space utilisation to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays
• Managing of quotations and invoices

• Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Independent and team player with good leadership skills
• Service-oriented and hands-on person
• Required to assist with set ups
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
• Candidates without experience and those with a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management or Diploma in Design and Visual Merchandising course of study are welcome to apply.

• 6-day work week, able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
