DESIGNATION : Team Leader (Own Brands Business Development) (6 months contract renewable)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide secretarial and administrative support for members of the Own Brands team.
• Handle administrative enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines as part of the packaging design process.
• Coordinate workflow and update trackers, review and escalate any red flags during artwork development
• Prepare periodic review documents for tracking and status updatesOrganise and coordinate logistics needed for meetings, shoots etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min A levels or Diploma
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative support function, preferably familiar with G Suite
• Highly meticulous and detailed
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate in a diverse team environment
• Resourceful and takes initiative to problem solve
