DESIGNATION : Team leader (OB Products Sourcing)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely and support sourcing manager to source and launch new products
• Maintain supplier and product database including product specification and certification
• Monitor stock holding
• Manage and liaise with suppliers on re-ordering and delivery schedule
• Plan and monitor overseas shipment ETA
• Facilitate settlement of invoices
• Monitor and review product performance and its life cycle
• Interact with cross-functional team and support system/process requirements to manage product and stock holdings
• Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives/projects
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup)
• Knowledge in SAP is beneficial
• Good communication skills
• Must be open to travel between Ubi and Joo Koon
