DESIGNATION : Team Leader (HQ)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage weekly super treats allocation compilation and email to inventory for Tues pot file and raise PO for direct delivery
  • Responsible for Upgrade / Downgrade manual Submission and CWF (article maintenance system) submission for any other maintenance
  • Manage Fresh fruits warehouse SOH (Stock on hand) to send to ops
  • Responsible for Compilation of stores write off submission to finance and inventory
  • Check and reply stores on their write off submission through email and archive in folder for finance submission
  • Liaise with supplier for Plus Sell / Super Treats incentives and arrange to collect and check on the incentives and arrange for area managers to collect
  • Extract Plus Sell & Super Treats data and prepare template for suppliers
  • Assist stores or buyers to liaise with suppliers for RTV (Return to Vendor) collection
  • Coordinate store updates to business partners, etc. stores opening/closing, change of delivery regulation for Airport stores
  • Assist buyer to check on the replenishment drop off for Tues Pot File and do the necessary
  • Liaise with new suppliers on their account opening, change of distributorship and signing of contract with FP and Cheers buyers/ Group Category Managers
  • Submit manual form for double billing, concess and consignment charges


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain digital records
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and good time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new programs or company procedures
  • Ability to work independently and often without direction
  • Strong people skills and ability to help colleagues with various needs and requests
  • Ability to multitask and take multiple requests at one time from various people
  • Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high standards of accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior members of staff
