About the job

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of warehouse safety, tidiness and cleanliness.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure safety operation in the warehouse.

\xc2\xb7 Take care of incoming & outgoing goods including storage allocation & markings of the goods.

\xc2\xb7 Register of incoming & outgoing goods & documents.

\xc2\xb7 Loading & unloading of incoming & outgoing shipments/goods.

\xc2\xb7 Filing, issuance of Good Received Note & packing list.

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of forklift and ordering of forklift diesel.

\xc2\xb7 Inspection and photo taking of equipment, open / close cases.

\xc2\xb7 Joint inspection at customers\xe2\x80\x99 sites.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and order of packing materials.

\xc2\xb7 Assist team to check shipment status: whether collected or not / received or not.

\xc2\xb7 Collect cheques from cash on delivery and prepayment customer who self-collect the goods.

\xc2\xb7 To load / unload the goods from incoming transportation.

Profiles we are looking at

\xc2\xb7 At least GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years warehouse experience

\xc2\xb7 Candidate is required to have forklift licence

\xc2\xb7 Good working knowledge of MS office applications \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Excel, Words and Powerpoint

\xc2\xb7 Able to handle physical work to carry loads up to 10kg

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
