About the job

The role is responsible for execution of daily Warehouse tasks (Goods receiving and Picking & Packing).

Key tasks:

Reporting to the assigned reporting function, the key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Execution of Goods receiving in accordance with the defined processes and KPI\'s.
  • Execution of Picking & Packing tasks in accordance with the defined processes and KPI\'s.
  • Execution of Packaging are done in accordance with the Packaging guidance.
  • To ensure item and location are kept in order and quantity are correct.
  • To ensure areas are kept clean and in order.
  • To ensure waste separation are done according to EMS.
  • Oversee day to day running of warehouse operations.
  • Develop and implement SOPs as accordingly to global warehouse standards.
  • Liaise with support functions and external 3PL service providers.
  • Maintaining warehouse safety first, quality, cost and deliveries.
What you know?
  • 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of warehouse and logistic experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with relatively good IT skills.
  • High customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritze and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting datelines.
  • Preferred candidates with forklift license
  • Quick to adapt, interact and commit to action in providing customer satisfaction
