We are looking for an energetic, customer focused technology professional to join our Tech Assist team in Singapore. You will take a senior role in the team, providing time critical technology support to our Commodities and Global Markets business, as well as Investment Banking and support businesses. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced, and dynamic trade floor environment. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, and work effectively with minimal supervision. The Tech Assist team are the face of Technology, providing front line support for all Workplace Technologies and support requests. Delivering a customer focused service experience in a professional and timely manner. As a customer facing team, we are motivated to continually improve our services and are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience and through our customer-obsessed culture. You will need to be able to quickly assess the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and translate these into actions. The role will see you working across all levels of the organization, your understanding of the pressures attached to working on a busy trade floor with Traders and Senior Business Leaders will be important to your success in this position. You will be kept challenged working on interesting projects and take responsibility to manage some of these. You will demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate and build relationships with internal clients across multiple divisions and geographies. Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment Problem solving skills and ability to think laterally and find solutions Exhibit curiosity, self-motivation, passion for technology, proactivity and the ability to challenge status quo. For you to be successful in this position you will have: At least 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99, up to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a trade floor support role, supporting Equities, Fixed Income and/or Commodities businesses. Prior experience in the following technologies, and processes:

  • Windows 10, Office 365
  • Supporting Equities (Cash, Derivatives, and Prop Trading), and Fixed Income (FX, Rates, Commodities) trading businesses, demonstrate a clear understanding what is important to each trading desk, critical market hours etc
  • Market Data applications such as; Bloomberg, Eikon, EBS, and WebICE.
  • iPhone and iPad devices and management software (InTune, WorkplaceOne)
  • Cisco Phones, Cisco Spark Video Conferencing devices, BT IPTrade turrets, Cloud9, and Zoom
  • Implementing Service or Process improvements, and automation, ideally experience with Six or Lean Sigma methodologies
  • Proven understanding of Incident Management, and experience managing outages
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • Project management and deployments experience
  • Power Shell, and VBA scripting experience desirable
