Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes & Interview candidates during various hiring stages
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Develop talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions.
  • Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process & ensure to provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Be the market expert within industry space and provide regular, relevant reporting on talent landscaping, competitor analysis and resourcing statistics
Qualifications and Profile
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Work experience as an Internal recruiter, talent acquisition or similar roles
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or min 2-4 years recruitment related experience in IT services
