What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible

• Minimum 3 years full life cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team.
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher, ideally from the Internet/hi-tech industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization.

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different business lines.
• Provide a high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer; evaluate skill level and culture fit by screening and sourcing candidates and drive the interview process end-to-end from intake meeting to closing.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to create accurate data/metrics reports based on recruitment activities and focused on solutions.
• Attract and identify candidates through online channels: job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across multiple regions/time zones.
• Provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence.
