Your role
Are you an expert when it comes to Unix and SQL skills? Do you have good knowledge in automation tools like – Splunk, AppDynamics, Automation Anywhere or IPCentre? Do you have a track record of influencing IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for a IT Production Support Analyst to:

• support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
• ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
• contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
• define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
• maintain a knowledge database of known issues/regular tasks

Your team
You’ll be working in the TOC (Technology Operations Center) Wealth Management team in Singapore. We provide best in class IT services for Wealth Management business. As a Support Analyst, you’ll play an important role in providing availability and stability to the global WM IT platform.
Your expertise

• ideal candidate should have 1-3 years experience in Information Technology
• ability to troubleshoot technical problems involving UNIX/LINUX and Databases
• highly committed, resilient and have a strong focus on ownership of issues and commitment to resolving them, managing stakeholder communication, technical investigation (analysis, identification of technical component having issue) and following escalation matrix.
• able to drive service improvements (setup telemetry for early detection of incidents and faster recovery, automation of repetitive/manual tasks)
• able to demonstrate the collaboration (positive attitude) with multiple teams.
• confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
