And have a desire to innovate using state-of-the-art automation and monitoring tools?We\'re looking for a Tech support specialist to:

  • support big data applications that will eventually migrate to Azure
  • ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications meet the highest production quality standards
  • contribute ITIL production expertise to the onboarding of existing and new IT products and services
  • define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • assist in planning BCP, patching and other infrastructure related projects
  • contribute to automating manual processes
  • get involved in problem management to identify root causes and ensure issues don\'t reoccur
  • maintain a knowledge database

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou\'ll be working in the Application Support and Reliability organization which provides application support for various LoBs suite of applications of the bank. You will be part of a global team that provides follow-the-sun support with other locations in Pune India and Zurich SwitzerlandYour expertise
  • a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Azure knowledge is desirable but not required
  • hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL and MS Office products
  • experience with monitoring solutions, preferably Netcool, AppDynamics and /or Splunk
  • use of or knowledge of automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IPcenter a plus
  • proficient with tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA and batch scheduling tools like Autosys
