Assist Technical on day-to-day operational & administrative matters.
Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support over the phone or email
2. Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary
3. Liaise with customers on the site jobs and making arrangement with clients when required
4. Collaborating with sales team to ensure timely resolution is provided to all customer queries. As required, follow up/escalate to a higher level of support
5. Maintain and upkeep customers and equipment records and documentations
6. Support on supply chain documentations, including issuance of Purchase Requisition and Invoice
7. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors with purchasing and logistics arrangement
8. Administrative duties where applicable to support operations
9. Identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize existing processes to further enhance our technical department.
