Job Description

Overall Job Purpose: The Technical Assistant will support the day-to-day management of the Clubhouse facilities as well as the general building fa\xc3\xa7ade maintenance. He/She will act as a first responder to respond to queries or issues raised by colleagues / guests with the attempt to conduct simple trouble shooting and/or provide solutions to rectify issues faced.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attends to breakdown calls and provides front line maintenance support Perform daily operational checks on Clubhouse Facilities and M&E services.
• Carry out in-house minor M&E works and attends to all M&E defects in the Club\xe2\x80\x99s premise and other ancillary buildings
• Conducts checks, servicing and preventive maintenance to the air-conditioning system, electrical, plumbing installation and building services of the Club.
• Provide M&E service support to events and functions by setting up and operating Audio-Visual equipment, Sound System, P.A. System, etc
• Minor painting activities works as effort to upkeep Clubhouse fa\xc3\xa7ade
• Inspects, checks and tests all safety devices and features.

• NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/ Building
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility/building maintenance, repair and servicing of electrical/mechanical systems preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical wirings and building M&E services
• Can do Attitude and ability to adapt in various conditions
• Excellent Team player
• Able to commit to working on Weekends and Public Holidays
