Technical Assistant
Job Description
1. Assist the Chief Engr. in monitoring the operation & maintenance of all major mechanical & electrical equipment including its accessories & support machinery.
2. Assist in the supervision & monitoring of service contractors.
3. Assist in the checking, filing and maintenance of ISO quality records. Collates, check, daily & file operations log sheets and maintenance records.4. Update plans on CAD files.5. Assist in handling technical inquiries & requests.6. Assist in the supervision / monitoring of tenant's/owner's unit fit-out works.7. Participate in emergency response drills as scheduled.
- Qualification:
- Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Apps and other software applications.
- Have experience in various ISO standards
- Customer oriented, honest, detail oriented
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- 8 hour shift
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
