Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows,and system requirements.
• Evaluateexisting systems and propose solutions to improve business processes and technical performance.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of features.
• Support the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear and effective communication across all project phases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business cases, BRDs,user stories, and test scenarios.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and provide strategic insights where applicable.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong record of delivering successful products or system enhancements.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and SDLC processes.
• Technical Business analyst with Java, Linux, SQL, MariaDB, Jira and Confluence) to Clearer communication with developer & more accurate documentation of technical requirements, easier translation of business needs into technical tasks.
