We are looking for the capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization\'s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and business objectives.

• Lead in providing technical support and consultancy to customers.
• Design IT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
• IT system architectural design.
• Take ownership of issues and enquiries related to the System.
• Involved in Technical documentation.

Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Business,Engineering or similar field or equivalent in a technical field
• Minimum 2yrs 4 yrs of experience as IT/Application Engineer.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues.
• Understand system architecture diagrams.
• Hands on Experience with operating systems, databases will be an added advantage.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of web platform software, database software, content management application.

• Self-starter.
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
