Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and program complex modules of an application taking into consideration the functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Take ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software development.
  • Provide high-level work estimates and assists in task planning & task allocation.
  • Should be able to describe customer requirements technically and should be able to build quick proof of concepts.
  • Act as a team leader during implementation phase.
  • Maintain close working relationship with the customer.
  • Able to conceptualize and build high quality demos for marketing or analyst briefings, pre-sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a developer or consulting capacity, preferably with a professional services organization.
  • Knowledge of the existing OpenText product portfolio, associated technologies and standards is highly desirable
  • Candidates with working experience in software products in the Document Capture, Document Management, Business Process Management or Web Content Management space are encouraged to apply.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Database skills, SQL, Triggers/Stored Procedures and working experience with any of well-known database (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MySQL)
