Responsibilities:

Design and program complex modules of an application taking into consideration the functional and non-functional aspects.
Take ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software development.
Provide high-level work estimates and assists in task planning & task allocation.
Should be able to describe customer requirements technically and should be able to build quick proof of concepts.
Act as a team leader during implementation phase.
Maintain close working relationship with the customer.
Able to conceptualize and build high quality demos for marketing or analyst briefings, pre-sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years working experience in a developer or consulting capacity, preferably with a professional services organization.
Knowledge of the existing OpenText product portfolio, associated technologies and standards is highly desirable
Candidates with working experience in software products in the Document Capture, Document Management, Business Process Management or Web Content Management space are encouraged to apply.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Database skills, SQL, Triggers/Stored Procedures and working experience with any of well-known database (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MySQL)
