Key Responsibilities

• Lead in the software development of internal product as Microsoft ISV. Knowledge and working experience of SDLC will be advantageous.
• Coordinate and lead in other Microsoft Business Central ISV solutions such as SANA Commerce, Tasklet Factory and others.
• Carry out implementation and support operations to customer with focus on development work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Conduct Coding and customization as extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central C/Side, A/L and SSRS Programming base on project requirement with coordination with the functional consultants
• Have experience NAV/Business Central on premise hardware and system installation and configuration
• Conduct on-going education to clients
• Participate in scoping, writing and reviewing business and technical proposals
• Willing to assist in all pre-sales activities
• Able to interact and manage clients at different level in the course of work
• Manage, supervise, guide and mentor junior consultant when required.
• Other technical tasks as deemed appropriate by the company

• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV end to end implementation experiences
• Participation in multiple Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central implementations in the functional / technical streams
• Ability to estimate, review and develop high level conceptual business solution especially with Dynamics suite of products.
• Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving
• Ability to articulate complex business and technical issues to business stakeholders
• A team player with good communication skill across all level.

• Ability to coach / mentor team/practice members
• Willingness to travel abroad if need arises
