Job Requirements
To attend a meeting with the Consultant/Architect.
To supervise and check ongoing projects.
To lead a team of skilled workers on ASRS building works (Cladding installation).
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in execution of Specialist building works.
Track records to show previous projects that took charge.
Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards of Singapore.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
