We have an exciting opportunity available for Document Controller working dayshift in our Mandaue City, Cebu office.

• Input photos and Notes in a Vendor website (ORION) HOP
• Interpret and classify photos (batteries, rectifiers, circuit breakers, earth, alarms)
• Attach up to 200 photos to the HOP (look at some 300 to 400 raw photos)
• Enter serial numbers (up to 80 serial numbers) to ORION (replaced and new equipment)
• Fill up and upload documentation (MRDF (materials return forms), WHS docs, JSA’s, ELTEK screenshots)
• Liaison with client’s field techs in case some information is missing
• Liaison with Nokia staff via Teams (messaging and voice) or email

• 
  
• Must be at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, course relevant to stated function
• Sound knowledge or experience in a document controller role/ administrative role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft i.e. Excel, Word

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
• Experience and confidence working with foreigners

• Technical knowledge of a telecommunications cell site
