Job Details:

A Technical Coordinator shall be able to assist the project team in delivering and coordinating drawings with relevant documentation as required by each client.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Able to create accurate and organized BIM models / AutoCAD detail drawings related to corresponding project stage for consultant submission and authority approval.

• Checking and monitoring of Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s drawings and submission deliverable.

• Coordinate and consult with project/construction team on submissions, updates, or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines.

• Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as needed.

• Assist to improve work standards, processes, and techniques in using BIM and other BIM-related tools.

• Participate in project coordination meetings and design review sessions with client and other stakeholders.

• To support the team in preparation of business development conceptual drawings and required subsequent tender documentation.

• C-Tech head office.
• Occasional participation in consultant meetings and site visits.

Skills and Capabilities

Mandatory

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Relevant BIM experience in building and infrastructure projects with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the Construction industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), BIM software (Revit or equivalent), Autocad and other productivity toolset (Acrobat, Photoshop etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong collaborative attitude.
• Time-management capability to meet deadlines.
• Technology savvy, meticulous and possess strong self-initiative.
