Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the media technical team and the delivery of its team members, department strategies, procedures, practices, policies, guidelines and operation/event models to support the achievement of the church’s functional objectives
• Provide technical direction on ministries’ decisions to effectively promote and build a culture around the vision
• Oversee the technical execution of the strategic programmes/events/video productions in supporting the implementation of the church’s mission and vision
• Review and improve technical efficiencies, enhance internal controls, provide improved accountability and management reporting
• Implement best practices and work processes in digital concepts/ operations
• Assist in managing media technical budgets and timelines
• Responsible in developing, training and upgrading of Media capabilities including strategies, guidelines, policies, process and systems in the following areas:
  • Ministry Volunteers Development and Management: Volunteers Recruitment; Technical Ministries Planning; Building Competencies and Capabilities
  • Strategic Media Management: Technical (AVL) Design for existing and future campuses (onsite, online, hybrid)
  • Operations Management: Equipment Efficiency for existing and future campuses (onsite, online, hybrid)

• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive under tight timelines
• Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels

• Hold a Diploma/ Degree in Film, Sound & Video, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
• Good track record of leadership experience and proven ability in a similar capacity, in a production house or events organisation
• Well-versed with Dante infrastructure and ability to direct live switching
