Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Facilities Officer to be part of their Technical Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Technical Facilities Officer:
- Support maintenance of building and M&E systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Manage repairs, replacements, and procurement for M&E systems.
- Supervise technicians and maintain safety standards.
- Coordinate tenant fit-out works, ensure compliance with guidelines, and manage tenant handovers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance and fit-out activities.
- Diploma in related field
- Relevant experience, preferably with Commercial Building
- Able to commit to working shift hours, alternate Saturdays
