We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Technical Lead

to join our team and provide hands-on leadership across our software development lifecycle. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of high-quality software solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable architecture and code.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in day-to-day development activities. Drive technical discussions and decisions across the team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Advocate and enforce engineering best practices (code reviews, TDD, CI/CD, documentation). Work with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical scope and deliverables.

Architecture & Development

Own and evolve the architecture of systems and services. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code as a hands-on contributor. Review code and provide technical guidance to developers to maintain code quality and reliability. Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.

Project Delivery:

Plan, track, and deliver software projects on time and with high quality. Break down features into actionable tasks and help manage team workflows. Coordinate across cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Security, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience. 6+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Proficient in Common Web Stack such as .NET Core, React, Spring Boot, Vue or equivalent. Experienced in designing and implementing scalable enterprise system architecture Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, or container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). Experience with code quality tools, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines. * Passion for mentoring and growing other engineers.
