Your Role and Responsibilities
Ability to shape and lead transformation programs across regulated industries.
Business translation presentation skills
Experience working in a Product Squad, Startup or cross-functional team.

Adept at translating between deeply technical and business level documentation

Required Technical Expertise

• 7+ years experience with Adobe Platforms, with over 4 specialising in AEM 6.x. including components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, tagging, analytics, dispatcher, deployment(Maven) and content migration/ planning.
• 5+ years’ experience in Java 8+
• Strong Java / JVM skills required
• Very strong with concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak
• Good understanding of AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprints and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing
• Understand and implement best practices for Accessibility, SEO, URL management, Security, Performance and Responsive architecture
• Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using AEM Search, Commerce package or other platforms
• Proficient knowledge of the end to end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes
• Implemented Quality Delivery pipeline
• Mastery of all core web and Java technologies including java 8 onwards, JEE, understanding of SOLID design principles and web services development using Restful implementations
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
• A working understanding of code and script (Java, Ruby, NodeJS, Bash
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Tools (Jenkins or Bamboo or Similar)
• Worked with GIT / Stash
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
• Work autonomously

Preferred Expertise

• Worked to streamline Code Quality using SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing etc.
• Understanding of frontend technologies like React, Handlebars, CSS3, HTML 5 is a nice to have
• Experience with Cloud such as AWS/GCP / Redhat
• Experience in RPA/Automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Ansible, Salt Stack, Docker

Any Graduate with 5+ years experience.
Experience in AEM Forms, Java, J2ee
