Lead and contribute to all technical development and delivery of Salesforce CRM project.
Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all Salesforce CRM development.
Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce CRM.
Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, manage the coding and development and deployment of new demands, and/or enhancements to existing applications
Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as data migration, integration and custom development
Coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities
Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems.
Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related studies.
At least 8 years’ total work experience in software development and consulting.
At least 5 years’ experience in Salesforce / Force.com custom development using Visualforce and Apex
Broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript and API.
Knowledge of ETL tools such as Information and Power BI.
Experience with Education and membership industry and Communities Portals preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills.
