Technical Manager, Edge Data Center Operations

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supports company growth by building and operating datacenters and global edge networks
- Building hyperscale datacenters globally to manage platform content
- Participate in site selection for new Edge PoPs
- Ensure network/server capacity meets business needs
- Manage multiple programs covering various areas with cross-functional partners
- Design and deliver large-scale network projects
- Create deployment package consisting of technical details
- Lead technical planning with ISP for interconnection and caching projects
- Strong documentation skills for technical processes & procedures
- Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant technical field with 5+ yrs experience
- 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure space and project management in CDN/telecom-related field
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Technical experience in telecommunication networks including Fixed Network, Transmission and IP Technologies(IPT, IX, Peering)
- Knowledge of co-location infrastructure including facilities, site selection, operations
- Knowledge of Linux and hardware systems
