Roles & Responsibilities Summary The main purpose of the Technical Manager/Quality Manager is to handle all the operational logistic and technical aspects of all interventions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Purchasing of items on fulfilling the design requirements
• Responsible in maintaining and improving the management system
• Coordinate in case of technical breakdown of the instrumentation
• Follow and supervise all technical issue of work performed on site by the technicians
• Implement and organize safety guidelines in the workplace and equipments
• Good handling and storage conditions of the instrumentation
• Scheduling and carrying out internal quality survey/audit
• Ensuring that the equipment is in conformity with the customer requirements, and the implementation documents
• Responsible in promoting preventive and corrective actions intended to eliminate potential causes of a non-conform situation and to avoid the non-conformity from recurring
• Responsible in the whole management system in the Quality Manual verify that it conforms to the applicable requirements
• Oversees the implementation of the quality policy in direct link with the management
• Participate in the approval of annual audit of the instrumentation by National or International Accredited Institution.
• Acts as the SAC-SINGLAS Nominated Signatory, as per the SAC-SINGLAS Regulatory requirements and the paragraph on Personnel
• Coordinate and ensure the documentation issued to customers are effective and fulfil the contract specifications
• Responsible in the control and the maintenance of all LCS.A critical equipment’s

• 
  Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in the metrology services industry
• Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standards
• Knowledge in metrology terms / services or the industry
• Develop and lead teams
• Good presentation skills
• Experience in MS Office Suite – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems
• You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing
• You need to be a resourceful person who can work with limited to no supervision with minimal support
