Our Client:
Our client is a semiconductor company that provides chips for wireless communications, high-definition television, handheld mobile devices. They are actively looking to hire a Technical Manager to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
- Design of RF/Analog/Mixed-signal IC circuit blocks / IPs based on specifications (performance, area, power consumption)
- Work with layout engineers in IC layout with floor planning and performance considerations
- Work with system verification engineers in Testing & Debugging of IC prototypes
- Support of IC to mass production ready
- Continual support / debug of field related issues or customer IC rejects
- IC performance documentation
- Bachelor of Engineering (EE) with 10 years' IC Design experience
- Master of Engineering (EE)/Master of Science with more than 5 years' IC Design experience
- PhD (EE) with Major in Microelectronics
- Knowledge of RF system is an added advantage
