We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and independent leader to join our dynamic team. Here we deal with interesting oil and gas projects such as MOPUs, FPSOs, offshore vessels and gas processing plants. Being a manager, you are expected to be carrying out the following functions: Job Responsibilities: Reports to the Senior Manager / GM of Coastal Dynamic. Manage all technical-related matters for the Company, mainly in the marine, oil and gas sectors. Review all technical-related matters for the Company with quick to response attitude. Meticulous towards engineering and technical details. Assist in tehnical engineering reviews and approval for offshore vessel/unit designs. Provide supervision and management (where assigned) of onsite constructions to ensure delivery of project assets according to specifications. Manage all related technical activities relating to the operation and maintenance of vessel/unit where assigned. Conduct regular spot checks on the vessel PMS system to ensure updates. Provide monthly reports and feedback as requested by the Senior Manager / GM. Problem solves technical issues faced whether at the site or on vessel/unit. Authorised to propose company document numbering system. Authorised to propose improvement methods for document controls system. Authorised to decide and fill related company vessel/unit bid document, including endorsement for fuel consumption information. Authorised to create entries or updates to Plan Maintenance System for company vessel/unit assets. Authorised to select and decide on technical equipment and parts for maintenance of company vessel assets. Authorised to propose ISO improvement initiatives to Snr Manager / GM. Accountable for lack of maintenance of the PMS system. Accountable for the lack of technical maintenance to assets and equipment. Accountable for non-conformance to relevant document control procedures. Accountable for any non-conformance to company ISO standards in relation to his scope of responsibility. Provide guidance to fellow colleagues where necessary. Assist the Senior Manager/ GM to conceive and drive improvement processes for the Company. Ensure Company policies and good practices are followed. Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.Requirements: Posses 15-20 years of experience in the relevant industry with strong technical and operational knowledge; University degree education in Mechanical / Electrical / Marine Engineering or relevant; Excellent command of English (spoken/written); Proficiency in using MS Office; Proficiency in using PMS software; Proficiency in using technical drafting software is an added advantage; Good in putting up reports and improvement proposals; Good management skills and ability to lead and manage a group of subordinates; Strong people & communication skills, bearing in mind work involves dealing and communicating with people from various regions, backgrounds and cultures.
