You will be reporting to Deputy Vice President. This position requires you to lead a team of 10 engineers who provides project implementation and technical support to all self service touchpoints/channels in SingPost to achieve part of the team\'s vision. Vision is to build a Technical Centre of Excellence to provide leadership, drive best practices, support, research and training for Enterprise physical channels/touchpoints.
You will be working with differing levels and stakeholders comprising, but not the least, software development team, IT infra teams, delivery operations team and business owners to implement/maintain projects/current systems to meet business goals. You will help SingPost to grow its business by contributing and alignment to innovate, increase speed of delivery and maintain high level of maintenance.
Deep understanding of how the system works is of essence to support pre-implementation and post implementation with the ultimate goal to be minimal dependent on vendor.
You are also required to monitor and report on service level goals and key performance indicators.
