Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customer for UPS and DC Systems, coordinate with end-user for on-site battery Installation, commission, repair and maintenance.
- Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure site work is done in a safe manner.
- Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC Systems.
- Follow up on maintenance contract and ensure work are carried out in timely manner.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 5 Years of relevant experience in UPS and DC power industry.
- Proficient in PC skills and programming is an advantage.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
