Job Description
Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime/logistics/manufacturing industry based in Singapore, is seeking a Technical Manager to join the client\'s team in Singapore. The Technical Manager is a pivotal role in the company. The company is an MNC manufacturing / packaging/ warehousing company with a global present and they are seeking a competent engineering and technical manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff and operations
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Implement best practices in warehouse management
- Manage inventory control and ensure accuracy of stock levels
- Troubleshoot and solve technical and operational issues in the warehouse
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant degree holder.
- About 5 years managerial experience in a logistics and/or manufacturing background is required for this position.
- Strong ability to interact with all levels in the organization inclusive of customers, contractors and vendors.
- Possess an established network of vendors & contractors and proven ability to manage them.
- Good analytical ability and sound working equipment knowledge
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license.
