Technical Marketing Engineer / Marketing Engineer

To collaborate with Product BU on product development, promotion strategies by creating marketing strategies, analyzing product and application technically and finally supporting to Sales Office and End CustomersCollaborating with stakeholders on product development and promotional strategies.

Collaborating with Overseas Sales Office (OSC) for promotional strategies.

Developing technical marketing materials and products, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors.

Preparing and delivering product presentations (incl. digital work) and performing product demonstrations to

Sales/marketing/customerAnswering client queries and providing technical product supportDocumenting processes and compiling user manuals, user guide, OI, application notes for customers Determining the technical scope of envisaged projects and providing technical input.Supporting technical teams in marketing events, product launches, and client locations.

Able to travel domestic or overseas over short or long period to support customers and corporation.

Involves MCU embedded firmware coding, testing, implement and supporting application using development tools.

Conduct testing procedures to identify any technical issues associated that are acting as barrier in their functioning and prepare documentation.

Debugging knowhow to embedded software to ensure smooth operation.

Master or degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Marketing and/or FAE (Field Application Engineer) relatedMust have Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Must have Good presentation skillsAble to communicate in MandarinRelevant experience (1-2 years) as a FAE engineer in a related industry is an added advantage Basic experience/knowledge in FW (embedded software (MCU), C++ / C Programming)Basic experience/knowledge in HW (devices, circuit)

Willing to relocate to Malaysia and to travel to other country for support purposes.Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
