Opportunity

We are looking for an individual to join us in Advanced Systems Programme Centre to provide day-to-day engineering support and support management in the crafting and execution of electro-optic equipment system maintenance contracts.

The role will require you to:

• Perform Enterprise System transactions for raising / amending / release of Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders
• Support Contract Manager and Service\'s relevant Contract Liaison Officers in verification of contract performance and expenditure, and other contract/contract renewal processes
• Support System Manager in Service\'s requests for technical information, feedbacks and maintenance scheduling matters
• Support System Manager in regular report generation, maintenance AOR and maintenance contract renewals

Requirements

• Proficient in Windows Office (i.e. WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
• Experience in working with MINDEF/SAF store personnel and Vendors / Contractors in the industry, would be beneficial
• Meticulous and disciplined in handling maintenance data and filing
• Track equipment availability, maintenance budget and expenditure, spot anomalies, and provide periodic reports to management
• Able to travel to local workshops, bases and warehouses to support equipment inspection and witnessing
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, equivalent engineering discipline
• Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
