System and feature enhancements: Support in creating and implementing solutions to improve client's fitness tracker performance, integration with the Healthy 365 App, and overall user experience based on feedback and needs.
Quality Assurance
Conduct tests, and validations for new features and system improvements.
Knowledge Base Management
Leverage technology to develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
Organise information to support Tech Ops and other teams effectively.
Documentation Management
Consolidate and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
Regularly refine and update documentation to ensure usability and relevance.
Research and Innovation
Explore industry trends in tech and wearables to recommend new features or improvements.
