Job Description

:

• Supervise to guarantee that vessels meet the necessary technical standards and maintain optimal performance.
• Regularly update and organize all essential certificates and documents for the vessels.
• Effectively put into practice the company\'s planned maintenance system to ensure continuous vessel maintenance and operational readiness.
• Manage and arrange class, statutory, and other required surveys for the vessels.
• Plan, oversee, and monitor dry-dockings and other necessary repairs and maintenance activities for the vessels.
• Assess and promote the performance of vessels\' crew members.
• Develop and oversee the vessels\' technical budget to ensure cost-effective maintenance and operations.
• Fulfill any other tasks or duties assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer on tanker vessels with at least COC Class 2 or 3, OR
• Minimum of 2 years\' experience as a technical superintendent specifically for oil tankers and bunker tankers.
• Display a strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all duties.
• Possess excellent leadership, teamwork, management, and communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
