Project Manager, Smart Home solutions * Analyze and identify the key facility segments that are at-risk, taking into consideration the threat landscape and their respective cybersecurity posture Project Manager, Smart Home solutions Analyze and identify the key facility segments that are at-risk, taking into consideration the threat landscape and their respective cybersecurity posture Articulate the key cybersecurity problem statements of key user segments Conceptualize, develop and implement cybersecurity technology programmes and/or policies targeted at different profiles of enterprises Work with the respective divisions in the organization and/or industry partners to identify potential solutions Develop the relevant measures to track and measure the effectiveness of the programmes and/or policies implemented Responsible for all site activities and implementations of smart home solutions and monitoring of projects assigned to complete within the specific time and desired quality. Coordinate with main-contractor and consultants Site administration and management which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site. Monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master programme Monitoring progress and to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure that work is implemented in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements. Prepare progress reports and to attend all meetings or briefing required by the senior management. Min 8 years of circuit design experience involving power converter, AC power measurement, transformer, microcontroller, ADC, digital control logic, display, current sensor, temperature sensor, transient immunity circuitry. Past experiences with LTA/PUB/JTC projects will be at an advantage Expert knowledge of construction products and methodology, details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards Experience in communication interfaces / protocols (eg. Modbus TCP/RS485/SPI/I2C/UART) design, fundamental noise elimination / signal integrity circuit design and layout practice. Wireless connectivity (Zigbee, BT/WIFI, Z-wave or LTE) application design experience is a plus. Familiar with standards EN50160, IEEE519-2014, IEC61000-4, IEC62053 will be an added advantage. Demonstrated strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles Communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, to facilitate decision making, manage expectations, influence, and build relationships with key stakeholders, and communicate across all organizational levels. Must have embedded firmware understanding Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and general computer software
