The ideal candidate has to possess strong technical competency and experience, and the ability to articulate the problem and the solution, and be able to produce high quality results under tight time constraints and will contribute towards Serving existing customers, to ensure business renewal (maintain and sustain). Soliciting new customers and business (grow). Growing a Business built on Sustainability and Wellness. What you will do: Articulate the suite of services / offerings professionally to existing and potential customers and working alongside senior management executives Working with subject matter experts on solutioning and costing and putting together Bid Solutions and tender management process Working with Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams on the commercial aspects. Customer Account Development and Management Pitch convincingly the benefits of the company's capabilities. Develop new opportunities by way of new business streams and new segments. Communicate with customers of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities and concurrently build customer confidence and rapport to secure continued recurring and new business opportunities and ensure consistent branding and positioning. Facilitate and manage flow of information amongst all stakeholders / parties (internal and external). Perform other related duties as required or requested. You are: Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines Experience as a business development / sales engineer with proven sales track records in the Built Environment industry experience and knowledge ofat least two of the following domains would be desirable: 1. Sustainable building design, 2. Green Mark and/or LEED, GRI, GRESB, TCFD, 3. Decarbonisation of the built environment, 4. Energy regulations, standards and voluntary rating schemes, 5. Measurement and Verification of buildings for energy compliance, 6. Local energy systems and their distribution networks, 7. Work with the sub-business leaders to identify product/solutions for growth, 8. Work with the digital solutioning team to provide energy related solutioning and platform customization. Excellent management and communication skills Superlative and creative problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to collaborate well. Ability to perform well under pressure, and deliver within tight timelines. Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Cushman & Wakefield Singapore
