About the Roles

We are hiring a Sales Engineer specializing in Industrial Equipment and Technical Solutions. This permanent position is based at Boon Lay, with

5 working days per week

(Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM). The role offers a competitive compensation package, including

What You'll Be Doing

Meet individual sales targets by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Assess client needs and prepare customized sales proposals and technical presentations. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth. Provide after-sales support, including helping clients with equipment issues and recommending suitable products or parts. Oversee daily project activities to ensure alignment with quality and performance objectives. Implement sales strategies developed by management to expand the customer base and market presence. Collaborate with team members to gather information and prepare tender submissions. Continuously upgrade product knowledge to introduce innovative technologies and value-added solutions to clients. Regularly update management on sales performance, prospects, and project timelines. Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare periodic reports and communicate sales activities and project status to suppliers. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

A

Diploma

in any engineering field. At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, though candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided. Familiarity with tender systems, such as

, is an advantage. A valid

Class 3 Driving License

is required.
