What You'll Be Doing
Drive sales performance by managing the full sales cycle--from prospecting and follow-up to service delivery and deal closure.
Identify client needs and develop customized proposals and presentations to meet their equipment and solution requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster business growth.
Provide post-sales assistance, resolving client issues and recommending suitable machinery, materials, or replacement parts.
Oversee daily project progress to ensure timelines, quality, and performance standards are met.
Execute sales strategies defined by management to expand the company's market presence and client base.
Collaborate with team members to collect information and prepare competitive tender submissions.
Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to introduce innovative technologies and value-added solutions.
Monitor and report on sales performance, project updates, and market activities to management.
Support the Sales Manager in preparing regular reports and coordinating communication with suppliers.
Undertake other related duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or higher qualification in any engineering discipline.
At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, though
fresh graduates are welcome
as full training will be provided.
Familiarity with tender systems such as
Gebiz
will be advantageous.
Possession of a
Class 3 Driving License
is required.
