Provide pre-sales technical support, product/system architecture proposal
Provide software/product training to customers, including after trials and after-sales engagements.
Provide professional presentation and consultation on company\'s products for existing and new customers.
Research and support the communication process with prospects.
Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
Send newsletters to stakeholders, partners and buyers.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Provide feedback and be familiar with the Product technicalities
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Ecommerce/online platform/marketing/Retails is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
