Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Account and Expansion Planning: Working within an account team environment, develop and execute a strategic account expansion plan which includes both business and technical strategy to support Aptiv 8 IT Solutions revenue goals and delivers value aligned with the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business initiatives (CBIs) \xc2\xb7 Marketing and sales: Partner with the sales and marketing executives to create opportunities for promoting and selling the company\xe2\x80\x99s construction products and services. Participates in tailored remote and/or on-site technical demos of the company\xe2\x80\x99s solutions. These activities are critical for creating leads. \xc2\xb7 Quotations: Work with the technical support team to submit timely proposals and quotations to clients. \xc2\xb7 Closure of Deals: This role is responsible for aligning with key customer stakeholders to secure business and technical closure of the proposed solutions. \xc2\xb7 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develops and maintains trusted working relationships with the sales, implementation and accounts teams. Coordinates closely with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, renewals, adoption, business development) \xc2\xb7 Internal Leadership: Shares best practices, innovation, and thought leadership within the company locally and regionally. Provides answers and shares knowledge on technical product as well as integration information Minimum Qualifications \xc2\xb7 A diploma or university degree in construction or engineering fields is preferred. \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the AEC industry. Experiences with BIM technology and Construction Cloud Solutions is highly preferred. Experience as BIM Manager is highly valued. \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of SaaS Technology and Sales \xc2\xb7 A passion for technology and ability to communicate complex solutions to clients. \xc2\xb7 A team player who\xe2\x80\x99s empathetic and passionate about moving the company and the industry forward Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month Benefits:
