Their products span the continuum of care, from nutritional products through medical devices and pharmaceutical therapies. Responsibilities: Perform new customers and laboratory site inspections for new contract / tender preparations and design for new installations Provide Level I & II service (Complex Service Interventions) Installation of instruments, AbbottLink, and Automation Perform IQOQ (Installation Qualification Operation Qualification) procedures during and after installation Assist with customer business reviews Schedule, perform and document hardware and software updates (TSBs) Deliver basic customer operator introductory trainings post installation or post hardware or software upgrade Perform basic technical coaching and training Service Sales and Service Cost Management Spare parts and inventory management Timely submission and update reporting system (eg. CMS Next) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Bioengineering/Electrical/ Mechanical) or Medical Technology Minimum 5 years' related experience in Field Service Engineering, experience in Diagnostics/ Healthcare Applicants with relevant internship experience is ideal Willing to be on standby after work hours/ work overtime to resolve emergency service issues Proven track record in a similar position and successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and lab staff Excellent product and industry knowledge, experience and process skills of the business functions service delivery Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues, technical expert for product line responsibility Excellent communication skills, experience in use of analytical tools and software If you possess above relevant skillsets, please send in your updated CV in word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] Lim Pey Chyi Recruitment Consultant (R2090579) Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd EA Licence: 02C3423
