Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.Qualifications for the role
