Job Description


What you will be working on:

  • Ensure submission and perform first level review of monthly reports from IT Service Management supplier (AFM) \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of outsourced AFM vendor \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of VIP support \xe2\x80\xa2 Verification and tracking of IT infrastructure invoices \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking and reporting of agency\'s overall ICT spending expenditures and Financial Year cashflow \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking and verification of IT assets and software licenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and provisioning of IT tools for agency staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with WOG services for operations and escalations
What we are looking for:
  • Proficient knowledge of all MS Office products and Client Operating Systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communications and interpersonal skill with different level of stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of working experience in related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess education background related to IT, Business or Accounting.
