Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.
Visits to overseas customers/distributors to provide technical support.

A diploma or degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A hands-on, eager-to-learn, and progressive attitude.
