We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Officer to join our team. The Technical Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support. This role requires a strong technical IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Provide daily support for IT operations, including system maintenance, and servicing of photography-related equipment and devices. Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software for PCs and other devices. Deliver timely and effective customer service support and solutions on IT-related areas. Collaborate with operation teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and up-to-date software and hardware inventory. Handling ad-hoc projects is required.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting and familiarity with IT systems, networks, and security protocols. Excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently. Good command of written and spoken language. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month
