Job Description


The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding Automated Guided Vehicles, Autonomous Mobile Robot & Material Handling System. They will work alongside with Sales & Development team and our principal factories to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.

Roles & Responsibility

  • To provide application and system support to customers and partners on all robotics and system which the company distributes and represent.
  • To assist Sales & Development team in Sales Pitch, Project Planning & Proposal, technical specification and demo/ simulation.
  • To support robotics programming, installation and commissioning.
  • After sales service and troubleshoot any technical issue arise.
  • To liaise with product principals and our R&D team base in HQ Indonesia.
  • Other ad-hoc support duties.
Job Requirement
  • ITE or Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, IT, electronics, AI and any engineering fields.
  • 1 ~ 2 years of relevant work experience in system integration, robotics or Automation.
  • Knowledge in Autocad is advantaged. To make and amend engineering drawing when require.
  • Good working knowledge in IT, Network system and skill in software interfaces will be an added advantage.
  • Able to understand robotics, robotics developments, autonomous navigation and system integration.
  • Good communication skills, resourceful and can work independently.
